Cocoa Powder, unsweetened<br />¾ cup Caster Sugar<br />1 pinch of Salt<br />1 tsp. Vanilla Essence<br />½ cup Vegetable Oil<br /><br />Method:-<br />1. Roast the hazelnuts in a pan on a medium flame and let it cool down to room temperature.<br />2. Grind the hazelnuts in a mixer/grinder.<br />3.
